Lots of Close Up Magic

Performed quite a bit of Close Up Magic this month at birthday parties and they were all fairly local. Weekend before last all my 3 shows were Close Up magic, which is great for me as this is the direction I want to go in. Someone booked me to perform a show in London the first week in February and just cancelled after I bought the train tickets. Need to ask for a deposit every time in future cannot trust anyone. Still back to the bread and butter kids shows last weekend.

Went to see Beyond the Barricade featuring songs from the musicals last night at the Grand Theatre Wolverhampton. What a great show with some of the best voices from the west end shows, they all got a standing ovation at the end.

Busy week this starting with watching Wolves v Liverpool tomorrow, Shakatak in Birmingham on Wednesday and performing Close Up Magic on Friday. Then I’m off to London on Saturday to watch Wolves again V QPR then going to watch Frank Skinner in the evening.

I think if Wolvers lose the next 2 matches then I think it’s the end of the road for the manager Mick McCarthy. We cannot go on losing matches no matter how many hard luck stories there are.
